Nonaqueous synthesis of SrO nanopowder and SrO/SiO2 composite and their application for biodiesel production via microwave irradiation

SrO/SiO2 is an active and reusable solid acid catalyst the conversion of microalgae, Nannochloropsis oil into biodiesel. The conversion value of Nannochloropsis oil only decreased from 99.9 to 97.9 wt% in six reaction runs.99
