A delay decomposition approach to robust stability analysis of uncertain systems with time-varying delay

► We propose new robust stability criteria for uncertain systems with time-varying delays. ► Delay terms are concerned more exactly, less conservative results are presented. ► Restriction on the change rate of time-varying delays is relaxed in the proposed criteria. ► Proposed criteria are computationally attractive, and it provides less conservative results than the existing results.
