Determine the Fatigue Life of Flange of Bearings Test Station

This paper describes investigation of flange which is installation into the test station for bearings. Flange is loaded with axial force, radial force, angular velocity and preload bolted joints. Load consists of 45 load steps. It was calculated von Mises stress for each load step in the critical position then was calculate fatigue life of flange. Fatigue life of part was determined with using theory of Palmgren-Miner linear damage accumulation.
