Démarche palliative dans un service de médecine interne

The palliative care approach exists in the internal medicine service of the hospital but can still be improved. Lack of training and communication is responsible for difficulties and suffering of the staff. In the future, one could imagine the creation of a palliative care service to provide simple but efficient improvements (training, communication, traceability).
