Perovskite microfibers with high crystallinity were synthesized with aqueous self-assembling method. The crystallization dynamics of perovskite were studied by in-situ X-ray diffraction, demonstrating that the optimum crystallization time is 9Â h. Spatially and temporally resolved fluorescence measurement clearly shows the different recombination mechanism at the interface and bulk regions in the perovskite microfibers. The photodetector based on perovskite microfiber exhibits high photo-response sensitivity and on/off ratio due to the high crystallinity and relatively long carrier lifetime. This research will be beneficial for low-dimension perovskite synthesis and optoelectronics application.
