Effect of pH on the synthesis of In(OH)3 and In(OH)3:Ce3+/Dy3+ nanocrystals by a fast, mild microwave method

Indium hydroxide nanocrystals were synthesized through a fast, simple and mild microwave reaction. Size and morphology of the In(OH)3 nanomaterials could be controllably adjusted through the pH value of the reaction mixtures.226
