Chemical constituents of Heracleum dissectum and their cytotoxic activity

- A new phenylpropanoid (1) and a new neolignan glycoside (2) were isolated from the roots of Heracleum dissectum Ledeb.
- Their structures were elucidated by various spectroscopic means.
- Compounds 1 and 2 showed moderate cytotoxic activities with IC50 values between 5.8 and 18.6 μM against Hela, HCT-8, and HepG2 cell lines.
