Tremulane sesquiterpenes from cultures of the fungus Phellinus igniarius and their vascular-relaxing activities

- Five new and seven known tremulane sesquiterpenes were isolated from Phellinus igniarius.
- New structures were established by extensive spectroscopic methods.
- Compounds 1-6 showed certain vascular-relaxing activities.
