Diterpenoids from the root bark of Jatropha curcas and their cytotoxic activities

► Three new diterpenoids were isolated from the root barks of Jatropha curcas. ► Their structures were deduced from chemical methods and spectroscopic analysis. ► Some diterpenoids were found to be toxic against HEPG2 tumor cells.
