Novel sesquiterpene and copyrine alkaloids from Anaxagorea javanica Blume

► A novel sesquiterpene (1) has been isolated from Anaxagorea javanica Blume. ► Two new copyrine alkaloids (2-3) of eupolauridine skeleton were also identified. ► The in vitro nitric oxide inhibitions of the selected compounds were evaluated.
