Molecular structure and vibrational spectra of Benzophenone hydrazone molecule by density functional theory

► The first study of NBO analysis was performed for Benzophenone hydrazone. ► There exhibits intramolecular hydrogen bond interaction in BH molecule. ► A detailed interpretation of the infrared spectra of BH molecule is reported. ► The theoretical spectrograms for IR spectra of BH molecule have been constructed.
