Effect of NaF flux on microstructure and thermoluminescence properties of Sm3+ doped CdSiO3 nanophosphor

► CdSiO3:Sm3+ nanophosphors are prepared at much lower temperatures. ► Effect of NaF flux content on the crystal structure, morphology and luminescent properties CdSiO3:Sm3+ is investigated. ► With the addition of 2 wt% NaF flux, TL intensity can be effectively enhanced. ► Well resolved TL glow peaks at 126, 130 and 150 °C were observed.
