► The Raman Fermi-dyads of sub and supercritical CO2 is used to analyze the local structure. ► We combined 2D correlation and curve fitting methods. ► The behavior of the position of the two contributions to each of the Fermi dyads is the same. ► The width of the contributions to the higher Fermi dyad are sensitive to the temperature.
