The Influence of Substrate Temperature on CdS Thin Films Properties Prepared by Pulse Laser Deposition on Glass Substrates

To study the optical properties, the absorbance and transmittance spectra have been recorded in the range of wavelength (300-900) nm. The optical energy band gap was determined for allowed direct electronic transition. It was found that the band gap decrease with the substrate temperature increases.
