SiO2-induced release of sVEGFRs from pulmonary macrophages

Our findings highlight the important role of sVEGFRs in both inflammation and fibrosis induced by SiO2, suggesting a possible mechanism for the fibrogenic effects observed in pulmonary diseases associated with fibrosis.
