Association between glomerular filtration rate and endothelial function in an elderly community cohort

▸ eGFR were associated with endothelial function (EDV, EIDV), adjusted for age and sex. ▸ No association were seen after adjusting for established cardiovascular risk factors. ▸ eGFR was not associated with FMD in any model or sub-sample. ▸ The association between eGFR and EDV was similar in participants with eGFR >60 ml/min.
