Mini-Open Pedicle Subtraction Osteotomy: Surgical Technique

The correction of sagittal plane deformities remains difficult using MISS approaches. In this report, we describe a new technique using a mini-open PSO technique to achieve significant improvement in thoracolumbar lordosis.
