چکیده انگلیسی
► Three enrichment media were evaluated; Bolton broth, Preston broth and CampyFood broth. ► Three selective agars were compared; mCCDA, CampyFood agar (CFA) and Brilliance CampyCount (BCC). ► Campylobacter colonies of on CFA and BCC were easier to record and count than those on mCCDA. ► Enrichment in Bolton (48 h) and subsequent plating on CFA recovered more Campylobacter.
