Fabrication of TiO2/RGO/Cu2O heterostructure for photoelectrochemical hydrogen production

- The sample exhibited significantly enhanced photoelectrochemical performance.
- Hydrogen production rate of the heterostructure was up to 631.6 μmol/h m2.
