Electrochemical deposition semiconductor ZnSe on a new substrate CNTs/PVA and its photoelectrical properties

- Multi-walled carbon nanotubes/polyvinyl alcohol conductive substrate was made.
- Uniform ZnSe nanorods were made by electrochemical atomic layer deposition.
- The ZnSe nanorods show prominent photoelectric property.
- The properties of ZnxSe1−x (x = 0.33, 0.5, 0.67) are compared respectively.
- ZnSe has a potential application in optoelectronic nanodevices.
