ایجاد شهرک کم کربن کلید دستیابی به آینده کم کربن است. شهر کوچک کربن باید به تولید کم کربن و کاهش مصرف کربن توجه کند. براساس پیشرفت سریع اقتصاد و بهبود مستمر سطح زندگی، تحول کم کربن در توسعه اقتصادی، مفهوم مصرف و سبک زندگی، برای دستیابی به هدف مصرف انرژی کم و انتشار دی اکسید کربن، به دنبال دارد. توسعه شهرک کم کربن نیاز به مقابله با تغییرات اقلیمی جهانی دارد که همچنین باید برای چین برای تضمین توسعه پایدار جامعه اقتصادی انتخاب شود. چین به عنوان دومین اقتصاد بزرگ در جهان، چین در دوره انتقال اقتصادی است. اقدامات لازم برای سرعت بخشیدن به توسعه ساخت و ساز شهر اکولوژی مطابق با شرایط ملی ما، تشکیل و اجرای سیاست مربوطه انجام می شود. در همین حال، فناوری کم کربن و صنعت کم کربن باید به شدت توسعه یافته برای پیشبرد توسعه سبز، چرخه ای و کم کربن. ما در حال تلاش برای صرفه جویی در منابع و ساختار صنعتی محافظت از محیط زیست، روش تولید و سبک زندگی است. برای ادامه حرکت در فضای باز سوم انقلاب صنعتی، برای جامعۀ جامعۀ جامعۀ کامل و تحقق توسعه پایدار، دلیل اینکه چین باید مسیر جاده کم کربن و راه توسعه شهر کم کربن را انتخاب کند در این مقاله مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است. سپس برخی از درخواست های خاص برای ایجاد شهرک کم کربن مطرح می شود.

The establishment of low-carbon city is the key to achieving low-carbon future. Low-carbon city should give consideration to both low-carbon production and low-carbon consumption. Based on the rapid development of economy and continuous improvement of living standard, the low-carbon transformation of economical development, the consumption concept and living style is conducive to achieve the goal of low energy consumption and low carbon dioxide emission. The development of low carbon city is the need to cope with global climate change, which is also the must choice for China to guarantee sustainable development of economic society. As the second largest economy in the world, China is in the economical transition period. Actions need to be taken to speed up the development of ecology city construction according to our national condition, formulating and implementing related policy. Meanwhile, low-carbon technology and low-carbon industry should be vigorously developed to advance the green, cyclic and low-carbon development. We are striving for resource-saving and the environment-protecting industrial structure, production method and life style. To keep running in front in the third Industrial Revolution medium-distance, to complete the well-off society comprehensively and to realize the sustainable development, the reason why China has to choose the low-carbon road and the way of developing low-carbon city are analyzed in this paper. Then some specific requests to establish low-carbon city are put forward.
