Hydrophobic oligopeptide-based star-block copolymers as unimolecular nanocarriers for poorly water-soluble drugs

- Copolymers are water-soluble and biodegradable.
- Structures of these copolymers are easily extended and modulated.
- Star-block copolymers resemble unimolecular micelles.
- Unimolecular micelles encapsulate hydrophobic drugs efficiently.
