Applications of Classic Didactic Principles to Creating of Modern E-learning Tools

The paper considers application of some basic principles in creating computer tutorials with the example of authoring of e-learning tools package to illustrate control theory studies. The package includes presentations, electronic laboratory operations manual, and also computer tests.
