RECONSTRUCTIBILITY AND FORWARD-OBSERVABILITY OF BEHAVIORS OVER

The properties of reconstructibility and forward-observability for systems over the whole time axis are introduced and characterized in terms of appropriate rank conditions. A comparison is made with the existing results in the behavioral setting as well as in the classical state space framework.
