POLES OF LINEAR TIME-VARYING SYSTEMS REVISITED

In this paper it is given a definition of poles of linear discrete-and continuous-time varying systems in terms of differential modules over non commutative rings. Necessary and sufficient conditions for stability are deduced in the particular case of systems with no multiple poles.
