Postoperative analgesia and early rehabilitation after total knee replacement: A comparison of continuous low-dose intravenous ketamine versus nefopam

Ketamine produces opioid-sparing, decreases pain intensity, and improves mobilization after total knee replacement. Nefopam achieves less significant results in that circumstances.
