Overall assessment of participants' performance in multi-measurand comparisons

The goal of the paper is to introduce a new performance estimator, which is able to provide an overall assessment of the participants' performance. This estimator is based on a quadratic mean of deviations from corresponding Key Comparison Reference Values (KCRVs), weighted by the inverse of the variances of such deviations. Description is supported by an example application.
