L'accréditation en hématocytologie: de la théorie à la pratique

This work represents a synthetis of our accreditation in hematocytology based on the experience of our laboratory. The professional progress made since the statutory and normative deciphering of the requirements until the deposit of the file by the Cofrac is presented. The methodology used is based on the combination of organisational and technical mesures in order to control the following main factors: management of documentary system, autorizations, pre examination procedures, analytical procedures (evaluation/validation of methods, metrology and quality controls), post examination procedures (analysis report, provision of advisory services). À management strategy of an internal and external quality control is also detailed: periodicity of analysis, series, exploitation of results, and management of non conformity. Ongoing continual improvement is set out with implementation of action plans, customer satisfaction surveys, internal and external audits, management of non conformity and complaints, quality indicators, reviews. The results thus obtained have permitted the accreditation by the Cofrac in 2011.
