Enhancement of photoelectrochemical activity of Fe2O3 nanowires decorated with carbon quantum dots

96A photoanode comprised of vertically aligned hematite nanowire arrays decorated with carbon quantum dots was fabricated. The CQDs/Fe2O3 electrode shows high photoelectrochemical response under visible light irradiation.
