Genetic relationship between Chinese wild Vitis species and American and European Cultivars based on ISSR markers

► ISSR markers were employed to detect the genetic diversity among 70 grape accessions. ► A total of 119 polymorphic bands with an average of 11.9 per primer were observed. ► The results indicated that extensive genetic diversity exists among them. ► All accessions could be divided into two major groups.
