Anthraquinones and an iridoid glycoside from the roots of Morinda pandurifolia

► This is the first report on the phytochemical investigation of Morinda pandurifolia. ► A new natural anthraquinone (8) has been isolated from M. pandurifolia. ► Ten anthraquinones and iridoid glycoside have never been reported in this plant. ► Compounds 2, 3 and 4 showed moderate cytotoxicity against KB cells.
