Design, synthesis and antitumor activity of novel pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidine derivatives as EGFR-TK inhibitors

A series of pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidine derivatives 12a-g was prepared and screened against breast carcinoma (MCF-7), non-small cell lung cancer (A549) and human colorectal adenocarcinoma (HT-29) cell lines. All compounds revealed antitumor activity especially 12g.
