High mobility, low voltage operating C60 based n-type organic field effect transistors

► n-Type C60 organic field effect transistors optimized for low voltage operation. ► Thin parylene-C films are employed as dielectric layers. ► Metal oxides capped with organic films lead to optimized dielectric properties. ► Mobilities in the range of 3 cm2 V−1 s−1 are possible at operating voltages below 1 V.
