The effects of load condition on void coalescence in FCC single crystals

► We report the effect of orientation on void coalescence under various load conditions. ► The deformation localization in soft orientation is serious under high triaxial load. ► Voids in soft orientations tend to coalesce much easier under high triaxial load. ► Voids in hard orientations tend to coalesce much easier under low biaxial load.
