First principle study of the interaction and charge transfer between graphene and organic molecules

► Adsorptions of the organic molecules on the graphene sheet were investigated. ► Relationship between the electron affinity and the electron transfer was revealed. ► p or n doping of graphene sheet can be realized by adsorbing organic molecules. ► Results will be useful for the application of graphene in nanoelectronic devices.
