Investigation on a one-pot hydrothermal approach for synthesizing high quality SnS quantum dots

SnS quantum dots (QDs) are synthesized by a novel hydrothermal process. The HRTEM examination reveals the highly crystalline and size controlled spherical nanoparticles formation with the average particle size ranging between 2 and 5 nm.
