Structural and magnetic properties of CoTiO3 thin films on SrTiO3 (001)

► CoTiO3 thin films were epitaxially grown on SrTiO3. ► Layer-by-layer growth is observed up to two unit cells. ► The heteroepitaxial strain increases the CoTiO3 Néel temperature to 50-60 K.
