We study the following Robin boundary value problem equation(0.1){Δu+ϵ2up−1eup=0,u>0,inΩ;∂u∂n+λu=0on∂Ω, where ΩΩ is a bounded domain in R2R2 with smooth boundary, as ϵ→0ϵ→0 and simultaneously λ→+∞λ→+∞, 0
