Theoretical model of anesthetic action upon ion channels mediated by lipid membrane

Lipid-mediated anesthetic effect is theoretically modeled, in which the open probability of ion channels in nerve membranes is influenced by the change of the pressure distribution in the perpendicular direction of lipid membrane by adsorbing anesthetics.
