Place des marqueurs sériques d'aneuploïdie dans le dépistage du HELLP syndrome

HELLP syndrome causes high maternal and neonatal morbidity. The results of our study show that hCG levels between 14 and 18 weeks gestation are higher in patients who develop HELLP syndrome than in patients who have a normal pregnancy. Closer monitoring could allow earlier screening for HELLP syndrome in these patients.
