From a complex clinical situation in mobile team, this reflection explores the interest of the work in binomial psychologist-psychomotor therapist. It comes to support the said “containing function” of all the body care and the relational care (relaxation, toilet, assistant to meals, listening, empathy, etc.). It favors the search for putting sense in the accompaniment of the patient and for his close relations. To meet the psychoaffective needs of the people, to be in relation is vital, just as much as the relief of the physical and neuropsychic discomforts. The palliative situations followed by mobile teams are often characterized by a complexity of the somatopsychic intricacy. The mobile team, made up of various binomials, in association to the patients' reference teams, establishes a support group. It maintains the balance of the overall care, in particular in crisis situations, whether it is for the patient, his/her family and professionals.
