Hydrothermal synthesis and photocatalytic properties of titanium acid H2Ti2O5·H2O nanosheets

Titanium acid H2Ti2O5·H2O with nanosheet morphology has been prepared by doping Zn2+ into TiO crystal structure via a hydrothermal method. It demonstrated that H2Ti2O5·H2O show good photocatalytic properties in depigmentation of methyl orange solution by UV light irradiation.
