Pregnancy and childbirth confront the future mother with a double psychic work: to organize a thought around the baby containing various anxieties linked to the context of the birth. The author propose to understand the concept of psychic transparency from M. Bydlowsky as the manifestation of a larger process that could characterize the psychic functioning at this step: the increased investment of the process of thought and the therapeutic relation for their transitional function.
