A probabilistic framework for image information fusion with an application to mammographic analysis

► We develop a multi-stage probabilistic framework for multi-view image analysis. ► The framework is computationally efficient and quite general to apply to any domain. ► A sound unbiased evaluation procedure for multi-stage models is proposed. ► Comparison with previous mammographic CAD systems show improved performance.
