Analysis of p53 binding to DNA by fluorescence imaging microscopy

► We describe the use of fluorescence imaging to detect binding of p53 to DNA. ► We validate the assay using known p53 mutants. ► We also demonstrate the ability to multiplex the assay. ► The method can potentially be adapted to a high content imaging screen.
