چکیده انگلیسی
► Transition metal ions as nanoparticles of (50-60) nm in spherical size have been doped. ► High refractive index (H.R.I.) organic have been co-doped to improve optical quality of matrix. ► Organic H.R.I. was embedded with transition metal nanoparticles through coordinate bonds. ► The anionic counter ions Zr/Hf carboxy-ethyl acrylate co-polymerizes with MMA monomer. ► The nano-interface property of fluorescence intensity of transition metal has been enhanced.
