Electro-optical detection of THz radiation in Fe implanted LiNbO3

► We first observation of terahertz generation from Fe implantation of lithium niobate crystal substrate. ► Lithium niobate single crystal is grown by Czochralski method. Fe nanoparticles were formed by using MEVVA ion source. ► The THz bandwidth and center from this kind of sample were determined.
