Spin diffusion in n-type (111) GaAs quantum wells

► The spin transport due to the interplay of the Dresselhaus term and the Rashba term in (111) GaAs QWs is studied. ► The non-monotonic perpendicular electric field dependence is found. ► Anisotropic spin diffusion lengths with respect to the injection spin polarization direction are shown.
