One-step synthesis of Pt nanoparticles incorporated direct-patternable SnO2 nanocomposite thin films

► Pt incorporated SnO2 thin films by one-step synthesis. ► Pt nanoparticles were developed during the one-step solution heating. ► Pt nanoparticles act as a reduction catalyst. ► Reduction of SnO2 was progressed with oxidation of Pt nanoparticles. ► Electrical resistivity of SnO2 films was enhanced by Pt nanoparticle incorporation.
