On isoperimetric profiles of algebras

Isoperimetric profile in algebras was first introduced by Gromov in [M. Gromov, Entropy and isoperimetry for linear and non-linear group actions, Groups Geom. Dyn. 2 (4) (2008) 499–593]. We study the behavior of the isoperimetric profile under various ring theoretic constructions and its relation with the Gelfand–Kirillov dimension.
